Mike Finesilver is a third generation Denver native, and has been helping clients buy and sell real estate since 1975 when he turned 21. He has consistently been in the top 1% in sales volume nationwide, and is a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award. He is also one of the few agents to receive the 5280 Five Star Award since its inception. His background in the building industry has enabled him to be knowledgeable in all facets of home condition and construction.

Mike’s wife, Ginger, works as his full time assistant/transaction coordinator to make sure all transactions run smoothly from start to finish. Ginger is responsible for tracking dates, deadlines, and the many other details involved in a real estate transaction. He also utilizes Kris Coe and Bailey Dolian, transaction coordinators with extensive experience and attention to detail.


90% of Mike’s business comes from past clients and referrals. He is an expert working with clients relocating from out of state. Mike is very familiar with the entire metropolitan area from Castle Pines to Broomfield, and Genesee to Aurora. Mike and Ginger’s goals are to find their clients their dream home and make the process as stress-free as possible.



Kris is a proud Denver-native with a deep passion for the details. Kris has a B.A. from CU-Boulder (’02) and received his Real Estate license in 2006. Kris worked as a title assistant with a local title company after graduation and honed his Real Estate skills by researching abstracts for title examiners. Kris is also a 3rd generation family member with roots in Real Estate.

Kris has a broad range of duties built around the objective of premium customer service and transaction management. When a property goes under contract, Kris assists Buyers and Sellers by tracking deadlines, scheduling inspections, gathering bids from reputable contractors, coordinating closings, and drafting documents. As closing day approaches he keeps in close contact with the lender and title company to ensure closing figures are accurate and received on-time. He is also a skilled email junky who never misses a client question and who is always happy to field a phone call. Above all, Kris insures that everyone has a smooth path toward closing.


Bailey Dolian began her real estate career in 2006 upon making the cross-country move to Denver. She was hired by one of the city’s most productive residential real estate teams and recognized immediately her passion for the industry, earning her Colorado real estate license shortly thereafter. Since then, Bailey has had a hand in nearly 700 real estate transactions closing all over the Metro area. She is a seasoned real estate broker with considerable experience in assisting first-time home buyers and sellers, income properties, luxury home sales, and new construction.

Whether working with a new buyer or a past client, Bailey’s top priority is to keep her clients informed about their options throughout the process. Her familiarity with the intricacies of real estate coupled with her sharp marketing eye and technology driven orientation ensure that her clients receive top-tier service throughout the process. In 2016, Bailey developed a listing company service operating parallel to Kris Coe’s transaction coordination business with the aim of assisting real estate brokers in the period from listing contract to MLS activation.

Bailey was vetted into the real estate industry at a young age. Her father owned and operated one of New England’s premier real estate companies, and her brother is a managing broker with Baird & Warner in Chicago. She spent her childhood on the east coast and moved to Denver after graduating from Duke University. She, her husband, and their two children reside in Stapleton.
